I have been creating and crafting for many years, I specialise in paper flowers and Christmas crafts.
Make with Mary workshops can be done online (open to all) or face to face (London area only).
Face to face workshops - During these bespoke sessions, I will not only provide you with everything you need to make your chosen project on a date (weekends or evenings) and a time to suit you, but also within the comfort of your own home. These can run on a one to one basis or why not have your friends join you. Discounts are available if you would like friends to join you.
The Online workshops - I will let you know when you book what materials you will need for your selected project. You will be joined by up to 9 other people in the online workshops. The workshops go at an easy pace. I keep the workshops limited to a small group so you can ask questions and get the support you may need as we go along.
Wellbeing workshops - schools and companies
Creating flowers with mindfulness and quietening your critical voice.
I am a person centred counsellor who has been counselling for 19 years. I offer an opportunity to create paper flowers and show how to use crafting as a way of centring oneself in the moment and to address the critical voice that can intrude our thoughts and block our creativity.
